Charcoal & Cream
Classic contrast meets cozy styling in this thoughtfully staged family home.
Charcoal & Cream was a blend of staging precision and lived-in warmth. With an occupied staging model, the goal was to maximize the home’s best features while weaving in signature Wicker & Willow touches — curated vignettes, balanced palettes, and personality-forward styling.
Scope:
Occupied Staging + Styling Services
Living room, kitchen/dining, bedrooms, and transitional spaces
Design Approach:
Refreshed existing furniture with purposeful layouts and updated soft goods
Layered buffalo check patterns, natural woods, and pops of black for contrast
Personalized each room while keeping an overall light and neutral flow
Enhanced lighting and added visual interest through textiles, florals, and wall decals
Featured Spaces:
Living Room:
A cozy sectional, black-and-white textiles, and grounding accents created an open but intimate main living space. Black hardware and checkered drapes tied it all together.
Dining Area:
With playful polka dots and styled shelves, this space stood out while still feeling balanced. We layered wood, ceramic, and iron to add depth.
Kitchen:
Farmhouse charm met family function with vintage-style appliances, warm butcher block counters, and cohesive open shelving.
Bedrooms:
From a soft and sweet little girl’s room to a neutral but high-impact primary, we used layered bedding, subtle wall art, and light-staging props to warm each room.
Client Feedback:
“I was honestly shocked at how much of a difference Lindsay’s eye made. She worked with what we had, added just enough, and suddenly every room felt fresh, inviting, and ready for the next chapter. It still felt like our home — just a version we were proud to show off.”
