🕊️ The Wren House
A soft, Southern-inspired retreat with layered warmth and quiet luxury.
Nestled among the trees in Tennessee, the Wren House embraces the beauty of classic architecture and natural surroundings. Our styling focus was to create inviting, intentionally layered spaces that feel both curated and lived-in — timeless, but never stiff.
Design Goals:
Soften the formality of traditional finishes with natural textures and warm tones
Blend comfort with refined styling to create a welcoming home for a young family
Highlight natural light, thoughtful symmetry, and transitional Southern charm
Styled Spaces:
Living Room:
We warmed up this neutral space with layered textiles, greenery, and a balance of symmetry around the fireplace. The round mirror, soft rug, and mixed-scale pillows created a grounding focal point.
Dining Nook:
A tonal tablescape, rattan console, and layered art brought character to this bright bay-windowed space. The walls were softened with sage green and warm whites.
Primary Bedroom:
We used florals, soft green walls, and layered bedding to create a restful retreat. Woven and wood textures added depth without overpowering the calming palette.
Guest Bedroom:
A richer slate blue wall added depth behind the upholstered bed, while blush accents and patterned drapes kept the room feeling sweet and serene.
Nursery:
Simplicity was key. Sage green walls, natural light, and gingham details created a space that felt peaceful and personal — perfect for a growing family.
Bathroom:
A clawfoot tub, classic sconces, and vintage-style decor made this space feel like a charming cottage moment. It’s a favorite corner of the home.
Service:

Client Feedback:
“The Wren House holds so many memories for our family, and Lindsay honored every one of them while giving the home a whole new sense of calm and beauty. It didn’t feel like a makeover — it felt like someone truly understood our story and reflected it back through design.”
