Windswept Blue

A full-home refresh rooted in warmth, pattern, and personality.

Windswept Blue is the heart of layered storytelling. From floral wallpaper and deep blues to vintage-style elements and playful charm, this remodel and styling project was all about honoring the bones of the home while infusing it with soul.

Scope:

Full Home Remodel + Styling
Kitchen, dining room, living room, multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, sunroom, and patio

Design Notes:

  • Blended modern cottage warmth with fresh, family-friendly styling

  • Introduced statement pieces like floral wallpaper, brass hardware, and vintage-inspired lighting

  • Balanced color play (like blushes, florals, and navy) with grounding textures and wood tones

  • Softened large open spaces with layered rugs, cozy upholstery, and light-filtering curtains

Styled Spaces:

Kitchen + Dining:
Two-tone cabinetry, statement pendants, and a French-country feel with modern function. The soft blue wallpaper in the dining room was chosen to anchor and personalize the flow from one room to the next.

Living Room:
An oversized sectional, soft texture play, and styled fireplace made this space welcoming and elegant. Dark ceiling beams contrasted beautifully with white walls and soft rug layers.

Bedrooms:
Each bedroom had a story — from a romantic toile-accented primary to a sweet floral mural in the little girl’s room. Textiles were layered, personal touches emphasized, and no two rooms looked the same.

Powder + Patio:
Small spaces didn’t go unnoticed — wallpaper, greenery, and layered lighting created little design moments throughout, including a bold black-and-white powder room and a serene screened-in porch retreat.

Client Love:

“This feels like a whole new house, but it’s still our home. Every room makes me smile.”
